Parent Survey on Support Needs- Results

At Banana Moon Baddesley Ensor, we’re always striving to provide the best possible care and support for our children and families. Recently, we shared a link with all parents to complete a short survey, asking for feedback on areas where they would like additional support or resources.

We want to take this opportunity to thank all the parents who contributed their valuable insights. Your input is incredibly important to us and helps shape the way we support both you and your child’s development.

The results have been reviewed, and we wanted to share the results with you, along with any plans for the future based on the feedback we’ve received.

Results

54.55% of our attendees found it useful, this was everyone that had selected that they came :D
23.08% found the Potty Party did not apply to them, this suggested that their child was already potty trained.
23.08% found the times not suitable to them and 3 parents selected that there was some miscommunication about the event.

What will we do differently based on your feedback?

Although there was advertisement around the event, there was social media posts made, shared on Blossom and also put on the monthly newsletter. Next time we will put up posters and send more reminders in the run up to the day.
With regards to times, we will run the event through multiple days to allow more families to join us if it's not a day your child attends.
56.25% requested 'Ditch the Dummy' for our next event! We will be gathering some resources and information over the next few months and will schedule the event before the end of the year. Keep your eyes out for some information soon :)
