Celebrating World Book Day with Atherstone Library!

At Banana Moon Baddesley Ensor, we love to celebrate the magic of books, and what better occasion than World Book Day! This year, we were thrilled to welcome a special visit from Atherstone Library, who joined us for a wonderful storytelling session in the sunshine.

The children were captivated as our guest storyteller brought a beloved tale to life, sparking their imaginations and reinforcing the joy of reading. Sitting outdoors in the fresh air, surrounded by their friends, made the experience even more special.

To continue encouraging our little ones' love of books, every child has been given a World Book Day book token voucher. These vouchers can be used to choose a special book of their own, helping to build their home libraries and keep their passion for reading alive beyond the nursery.

We are incredibly grateful to Atherstone Library for their time and for sharing such a wonderful story with us. Events like these remind us all of the power of books in shaping young minds and inspiring a lifelong love of reading.
